Our professional staff is regularly engaged in the private education sector, providing educational seminars, budget analysis, architectural design, spec-writing assistance and product sales- all culminating in a first quality installation.
Public Education
We have a proven track record when it comes to competitive bidding in the public sector, with a special emphasis on the Maryland public school system. In 2007, we proudly completed our fiftieth Baltimore County school window replacement project.
New Construction
NEW CONSTRUCTIONAlthough our primary focus involves systemic renovation, we also have a wealth of practical experience relating to new construction projects. Our involvement generally begins with a call from an architectural firm wanting to adapt aluminum frames into a cavity wall building envelope.
Thermal sub-frames, ends dams, water diverters, custom head and sill flashing and special sill anchors may be appropriate, so as not to violate the integrity of the new aluminum frames. We can provide a multitude of services, such as: sound transmission (STC) evaluations, energy consumption assessments, and comparative cost analysis. We can also assess ADA requirements, forced entry requirements and ‘life cycle costs’.
