We have a proven track record when it comes to competitive bidding in the public sector, with a special emphasis on the Maryland public school system. In 2007, we proudly completed our fiftieth Baltimore County school window replacement project.
Commercial
IWIF Headquarters - Towson, MD
We were contacted in 2005 regarding The Injured Workers Insurance Fund (IWIF) headquarters building in Towson, Maryland. The building had continuously experienced severe water damage and persistent water penetration since the 1970's, when it was constructed. We were hired to perform an analysis of the existing window, glass and wall system in order to formulate a plan to resolve the water penetration issues, without the complete removal and re-installation of a new glass system. After extensive exploratory demolition and the performance of controlled water tests, we developed a viable plan, were hired to perform the re-medial repairs, and within a three month period, we were able to bring the building back to an "as new condition"- minus the cascading water penetration. This effort saved the owner more than two million dollars in replacement costs.
